2012 MOTHER OF ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

To qualify for Mother of the Year®, the nominee's children must be over the age of eighteen. If you know someone you would like to nominate for 2012 Mother of the Year ®, please go to the link below and fill out the form and a nomination packet with detailed instructions will be sent to to you and the nominee.
To qualify for Young Mother of the Year, the nominee's children must be under the age of eighteen. If you know someone you would like to nominate for the 2012 Young Mother of the Year, please go to the link below and fill out the form and information will be sent to you.

American Mother's is now accepting nominations for the new this year Mother of Achievement Award. AMI is always seeking ways to honor and encourage all mothers for their community service, talents and skills by offering opportunities for recognition through participation in American Mothers, Inc. events and activities. With our Mother of Achievement Award, we seek to honor mothers by promoting, coordinating and recognizing them in the many areas of their influence with appropriate acknowledgement, appreciation and ceremony at local, state and national levels.
